SOUTH CHRISTIAN HIGH SCHOOL: 51
On Tuesday night, Dec 13, the Chargers welcomed the Sailors of South Christian. The Sailors took an early 11-2 lead. The Chargers cut that score to 11-6 at the end of one quarter. Covenant took a 16-14 lead late in the second quarter. South Chr tied and then took a half time lead of 18-16 on layup to end the half. The Sailors came out the locker room hitting on all cylinders, with an 18 point 3rd quarter to take a 36-29 after 3. In the 4th quarter, the Chargers pulled to within 4, but could get no closer. At the final buzzer, the Sailors finished the game with 51-39 win over Covenant.
Covenant will travel to West Catholic next Tuesday, Dec 20
